Manchester United vs Hull City – Manchester United hosts Hull City at the Old Trafford on 9th January, Monday in the first leg of the semi-finals of the League Cup.

The League Cup is one of Manchester United’s prime prospects of winning a trophy in Jose Mourinho’s first year at the club and will be the favorites to progress to the finals of the League Cup.

Manchester United defeated Northampton Town, Manchester City and West Ham United en route to the last four while Hull City went past Exeter City, Stoke City and Bristol City in the earlier rounds following which they defeated Newcastle United on penalties in the quarter-finals.
