Chelsea vs Arsenal – Chelsea hosts Arsenal at the Stamford Bridge on 10th January, Wednesday in the first leg of their League Cup quarter-finals.

This London derby will be the fourth meeting between these two clubs this season – Arsenal getting the better of Chelsea in the Community Shield while Chelsea played a goalless draw at home in the league fixture earlier this season.

The most recent London derby at the Emirates last week resulted in a 2-2 draw, so it is fair to assume that both sides are familiar with each other’s tactical setups and the two-legged semi-finals will be decided on the basis of temperament and their will to win.

Chelsea defeated Nottingham Forest, Everton and AFC Bournemouth in the earlier rounds while Arsenal saw off Doncaster Rovers, Norwich City and West Ham United.
