Real Madrid win despite Cristiano Ronaldo absence

Real Madrid won two matches in a row and scored eight goals in total without Cristiano Ronaldo.

This week Real Madrid beat Galatasaray 4-1 in Champions League and they thrashed Real Valladolid 4-0 in Spain Primera División.

Gareth Bale scored in both matches that took place in Estadio Santiago Bernabéu and the Madrid fans witnessed their favourite team demolish the oppositions with ease.

The match results shown that Real Madrid does not rely solely on Cristiano Ronaldo. They have many talented players whom are capable to take up the responsibility to score goals.

Despite the victory, Real Madrid are still three points behind leaders Barcelona.

Tonight, we will see Athletic Bilbao vs Barcelona at San Mamés Barria.

Barcelona will need to work very hard to break Athletic Club Bilbao undefeated home record this season. However, Barcelona have fond memories at that ground as their last defeat was in 2006 or seven years ago.

The Catalans will still be without Lionel Messi whom will only return in January 2014.
