Champions League – Last 16 Draw

It will be the fourth time that Paris Saint Germain will meet Barcelona in the last 16 knockout phase of the Champions League 2020-2021, while Atletico Madrid were paired with Chelsea again.

The PSG players are plotting a revenge for their humiliating 6-1 defeat to Barcelona at the Camp Nou in 2017.

With the matches due to be played in February 2021, the Ligue 1 Champions hope Neymar will have recovered from an ankle injury which forced him to be stretchered off the pitch in the 1-0 defeat to Lyon last Sunday.

Real Madrid were handed the easiest draw against Italy Serie A football club Atalanta. The Spanish Giants returned to form with three consecutive victories lately from La Liga and Champions League.

Atalanta was last season’s surprise quarter-finalist and they should not be underestimated.

Liverpool cannot let their guard down against an attack-minded Leipzig side who eliminated Manchester United in the Champions League group phase.
