Belgium beat Croatia to qualify for World Cup 2014

Romelu Lukaku was the hero for Belgium after scoring two goals in the first half to beat Croatia 2-1.

This result meant that Belgium have successfully qualified for World Cup 2014.

Belgium have outperformed in World Cup Qualifier with 8 wins, 1 draw and 0 lose. They will join Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Italy in World Cup next year host at Brazil.

The Belgians will play Wales next week for the final match of World Cup qualifying match. With virtually nothing to play for, they are expected to rest several Premier League players such as Eden Hazard, Vincent Kompany, Fellaini and Vermaelen.
