Swansea hosts Liverpool at Liberty Stadium on 1st May, Sunday in their thirty-sixth English Premier League fixture of the season.

The Swans have struggled throughout the season, currently on the fifteenth position in the league table with forty points from ten wins. Since their 1-0 win against Chelsea,the Swans have lost 3-0 to Newcastle United and been hammered 4-0 by Leicester City.

Liverpool are in a good stretch of form, especially in their UEFA Europa League campaign, although they drew 2-2 against Newcastle United in their last match. Jurgen Klopp’s side are on the seventh position with fifty five points.

Leroy Fer and Alberto Paloschi are sidelined through hamstring injuries. Liverpool have a number of injury concerns in Joseph Gomez, Danny Ings, Jordan Henderson, Emre Can, Divock Origi and Jordan Rossiter. Mamadou Sakho misses out as well, but due to a suspension. Jurgen Klopp is likely to rest a number of his first-team regulars keeping in mind the second leg of their Europa League semi-finals next week.
