Nigeria legend Nwankwo Kanu was unfortunate to lose $11,000 after it was stolen in the airport of Russia, the host of World Cup 2018.

Kanu arrived in Moscow to play for for the FIFA Legends against their Russian counterparts.

Police has recovered the stolen funds and it will be return to Kanu.

World Cup will start on 14 June 2018 with the first match Russia vs Saudi Arabia.
