Manchester United put rest to allegations of ‘boring football’ during their high scoring draw against Newcastle United in the midweek, but the singular point didn’t help much in their conquest for the top four of the English Premier League standings as they conceded three goals. Louis van Gaal’s side now travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday.

Manchester United sit on the sixth position with thirty four points while Liverpool are three places and three points behind one of their greatest rivals of all time. The Kops will enter the match on the back of a 3-3 draw against Arsenal.
