babalpha: Hello @soccerpunter, yesterday I raised a ticket in regard to Bet #3728952 & Bet #3728946 but I have not received feedback yet. I had placed bets using Asian Handicap and the outcome in one of the bets was positive while the other one was supposed to be a half lose. Unfortunately, all of them were marked as lost. Kindly clarify on this. You lost because it was In-Play Asian Handicap, so the live score of 0-1 was taken into consideration. You will lose half if the result was 0-1. You will lose all if the result was 1-1 or 2-1 or 3-1 etc. |
