During the Euro 2016 qualification stage, Belgium did not manage to beat Wales in the two-legged tie. So I am surprised that Belgium start as favourites. From the odds movement, I reckon Wales +0.5 is a safe prediction.

Belgium will win with 2-0, goals Kevin DB and Lukaku. Wales does not stand a chance :) Wales is not what it used to be and for Belgium it is like a home game
