Look under - VIP Membership Settings

You will see the possibility to configure the time you would like to receive the VIP Tip.

There is also a checkbox for you to disable the alerts when you are unavailable, such as overseas.

You have currently chosen to receive only pre-match tip. However, we would advise you to select both pre-match and Live In-Play.

Because Live In-Play Tip is our expertise and the frequency is higher.
