Stabaek are coming from a very important win away
vs Sandefjord (12) last. They stand with 6-3-6 total
now, a bit disappointing after their great start of the
season but they finally grabbed 3 points last match.
Stabaek have a great top level with some quality
players, but their squad is young and they dont have
the best defence. After 3 straight wins at home in
the start of the season, they now stands with 3-2-3
at home, and I dont think they will get a win today
either. Stabaek are missing some important players;
Moussa Njie, El-Amrani, Tobias Odegaard, Franck
Boli are all injured. Rena Olsen suspended. Also, El
Hadji Ba have left the club. Brann are impressing and are probably the team
who will give Rosenborg (1) fight to become
Champions in the league. They haven’t lost in 8
straight league matches (4-4-0) and stands with a
total of 7-6-2. Away from home they stand with
2-3-2 and are undefeated in their last 3 away
games. It have to be mentioned that they have
played many of the best home teams in the league
though. No reported missings for Brann, but several
players are only 1 card away from suspension.
These two teams met at Brann Stadium back in
June, ending with a convincing 5-0 Brann win.
I think Brann will make trouble for Stabaek´s
defence and they should have solid chances for all
3 points here. Stabaek have conceded 9 goals in
their last 3 home matches, and this was against
much weaker teams than Brann.
