You are from Nigeria and i am from Nigeria too pls ans my question... Pls how can i set the time to be getting notification in my e-mail, to not get when am @ sleep...to be get it from 8am to 8pm.,. I dont understand dis {GMT:1:00 TO 59}.

Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on by going to Settings > Mail > Notifications.

After selecting Customize Notifications, word wipe (https://wordwipe.co/) select the email account you want to modify.

Choose your desired settings, such as Alerts or Badges. By altering the alarm tone or ringtone after turning on Alerts, you may personalize your sounds.
