3. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and offenders will be disqualified and banned immediately. Each household can only have 1 representative. In addition, each unique IP address can only be eligible for one member.
4. Once the bets have been confirmed, they cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
5. Match will be closed for betting once it has kick-off. In very rare circumstances, the kick off date/time may be set wrongly, in this case, if the member places bet after the actual kick-off time, it is deem as cheating and you will be dealt with the necessary disciplinary actions listed in point 16.
6. Every player will start with a balance of $1,000,000 and can go to bankrupt due to reckless and irresponsible betting.
7. Maximum bet is $20,000. Minimum bet is $2,000. The pending bet limit is $200,000.
8. All stakes will be refunded if the match is postponed / abandoned.
9. Multi-bets (parlays) must consist of a minimum 3 selections from different matches.
10. With effect from January 2013, top 10 soccer tipsters must hit at least 60% win accuracy. Even if you have the highest balance but do not meet the60% Win requirement, you will not be eligible for the prizes. This rule is implemented after some tipsters place numerous bet parlays and only won 1 or 2 with huge returns. However, this is not the type of top tipster we are seeking in this tournament because it shows you do not have precision and simply riding on your luck.
11. Top 10 football tipsters must place a minimum of 10 bet slips. A good tipster must prove that he can do well consistently. A bet slip can be either a single bet or multi bet parlay.
12. You must agree to our Terms of Use before participating.
13. Any attempts to abuse or break the rules will result in the following disciplinary actions.
    • Disqualification from the current month prizes
    • Invalid bets removed
    • Account suspension
14. For each new round, all soccer tipsters' balance will be reset to the default value of $1,000,000. This is to be fair and give all tipsters a chance to start afresh to do well.
15. Members from United States will not be eligible for the prizes. However, you can still play in this tipsters competition for the thrill and excitement of virtual online betting. Challenge your punting skills against soccer tipsters from the rest of the world!
16. SoccerPunter reserves the right to amend the start and end date of the tipsters competition period at its own discretion.
17. Judges decision is final.
